If you believe you have purchased a product that is faulty please contact our team to assist hello@studioah.com.au. Once our team has received the hair we will assess the hair.
Extensions must be removed and sent within 14 days of the request.
Our return will examine the hair and conduct any necessary tests to determine if a manufacture fault, if a defect exists or if this a consumer fault.
No returns will be accepted if the wearer was not following the Studio AH Hair Co aftercare instructions.
All hair is sold on the condition that the purchaser thoroughly checks the hair to ensure satisfaction with the quality before it is applied to the wearer and before the bands are removed.
Product guarantee does not cover improper application or treatment of any SAH Hair Co products.
