We stand behind the quality of Studio AH Hair Co. Our co-director Ella spent over 18 months sourcing and trialling hair to find the best quality Asian hair extensions. Please reach out within 2 months if any issues arise for a full replacement of your hair extensions.

Keep in mind that while this hair is human hair it may feel drier and requires more moisturising products to maintain the softness and shine.

Terms and Conditions:

• We will replace your hair if you follow the recommendations detailed in our care advice and use the correct products we recommend. These products must be purchased in the salon to maintain a record of what is being used. Use of other brands will void the warranty as we cannot guarantee these products are appropriate for use on hair extensions.

• You must be an exclusive client with us, which means we can not guarantee your hair if another salon has done any colour work or maintenance on your hair.

• The replacement of hair will be the same colour and length as what you originally purchased. Any additional hair you want to install to add extra volume will be at your own cost.

• Replacement extensions must be installed only by our salon.

• We do not offer refunds on hair services and for faulty hair extensions we must see the hair in person to determine the fault.
